As Façade Project Managers, ADT Facade Solutions specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of systemised and bespoke façade envelopes. In 2009, Frederick Trenaman, Director of ADT Façade Solutions decided to up-skill and felt that his academic training in Architecture and practical experience in the Facade construction industry needed to be complimented by further post graduate studies in Façade Engineering.
This decision was taken because he recognised the significance of robust detailing in façade design and despite every effort to eliminate construction risk in its entireity defects happened when least expected.
Determined to mitigate the consequences of future events and technically aware of facade industry issues, He recognised the importance of project risk management in façade construction and consultancy. In 2011, He successfully completed an MSc in Façade Engineering at Bath University.
Bringing this technical knowledge of façade related issues to ADT Façade Solutions; He has remodelled our business strategy to reflect current and future trends. We see change as healthy and positive.
Architectural Façade Engineering has helped him to bridge the traditional disciplines of Architecture, Structure and Services fulfilling Facade Industry recognised knowledge void.
